Hi, I'm Pastor Jon, founder of Jon Russell Coaching & Consulting, LLC. I am a church planter residing in beautiful Chattanooga, Tennessee. Today, I am the founding and lead Pastor at Radiant Chattanooga. Instilled with the core values of motivation, revelation and inspiration, I have successfully led various churches in both financial and spiritual growth in the past 33 years of full time ministry. Using cross-generational, Biblical principles, I have seen the fruit of encouraging and helping people reach beyond their limitations to achieve greater things personally, professionally and spiritually.  

I believe God has given me insight into Scripture making it relational, relevant and real. My emphasis in travel ministry is to help the local pastor in leadership development and motivating passion and purpose within the local church.
